On April 27th, the Law Offices of Peter N. Brewer hosted a free webinar, titled Easements & Boundary Law in California. Presented by real estate attorney Simon Offord, the webinar discussed important information about easements in California. After explaining the basics of easements included what they are, what kinds of types exist, and how they are formed the presentation then explored each type of easement indepth. Examples were used to show how an easement may impact a property owner, and how an easement can create a shared use for disputed property. Common disputes & issues relating to easements were discussed, concluding with a Q&A session.
