鮮淮山雪耳糖水

材料
鮮淮山1支約12兩
雪耳1個
紅棗8粒
冰糖100克

處理程序
1. 雪耳清水浸至完全軟身清水沖洗乾淨。
2. 雪耳剪去中心硬的部分剪細舊。
3. 洗乾淨煲。
4. 雪耳放煲內。
5. 紅棗去核清水洗乾淨放煲內。
6. 預備一個人一碗水的份量在煲內加入適量清水。
7. 大火煲滾轉中火煲10分鐘。
8. 淮山清水洗乾淨輕手用生果刀刮去皮切細粒放碗內。
9. 糖水已煲了10分鐘加入淮山粒再煲10分鐘。
10. 檢查一下雪耳是否已煲腍如有需要可再煲多5分鐘。
11. 完成可享用。

Ingredients:
Fresh yam 1 log (about 12 taels)
Snow fungus 1 No.
Red dates 8 Nos.
Rock sugar 100g

Preparation/Steps::
1. Snow fungus, soak in tap water until it turns totally soft. Rinse with tap water.
2. Snow fungus, cut its hard core. Cut in small pieces.
3. Rinse a pot.
4. Snow fungus, put in the pot.
5. Red dates, remove seeds. Rinse with tap water. Put in the pot.
6. One bowl of water to one person, add in appropriate amount of water into the pot.
7. Heat up at high flame. Turn to medium flame and boil for 10 minutes.
