The World Rally Championship (WRC) also know in Kenya as the Safari Rally is one of the country's most important sporting event every single year.

Competitors from all around the world part of the WRC circuit meet in Kenya for one of the most tricky rally race in the world. With its complexe terrain made of dirt, mud, sand and rocks and of course wildlife racing in Kenya is extremely challenging even for the best rally drivers making it a very interesting event to watch.

For our first ever Kenyan Safari Rally, we decided to stay at Loldia Eburru campsite in Lake Naivasha which is as good as it gets in term of campsite. It has beautiful facilities including washrooms, showers, tents for hire, glamping pods and more. But the best part is that the WRC race track actually crosses their land and because it is a private the amount of people there was simple ideal.
