Filmed all of our food hauls for the month of February and showed all of the receipts. We bought so many chips and that was disappointing, it's the one thing we've been trying to get rid of from our diet but we couldn't resist. I feel like they're addictive and expensive and would much prefer replacing it with fruit as I feel we don't get enough raw fresh fruit in our diets. But sometimes I get these intense cravings making it difficult to avoid potato chips. Ive always been into savory foods over sweets as well so that doesn't help. I always get praise on the fact that we don't eat at restaurants because most people will order breakfast, lunch, or dinner at a restaurant and I just want to show you if you're struggling to grocery shop and cook at home that you may regress a lot. I regress all the time with chips and chocolate, to the point where I'm eating it everyday. You may have those moments where you purchased a lot of groceries but no one wants to cook so you eat out over and over and all of your groceries turn. It's a process ya'll. Anyway, it's a full journey and I'm showing you all the good with the bad.
