Amtrac is in here tamping this week and their regulator broke down.
Clutch that drives the hydraulic pumps went bad and now the regulator
won't move. We are in a pickle, but the guys worked together and got
Amtrac's ballast regulator off the main. Then we had to load up the regulator
on a flat bed trailer to take it back to the shop. This is Amtrac of Maryland a
railroad contractor and not the Amtrak passenger service.
