Today we're in Nelson to collect our campervan hire from Motorhome Republic.  It's a 2018, 46 berth Fiat Ducato Imala and will be our home, car, kitchen and toilet for a lot of our road trip over the remaining episodes of Season 2 Reveal NZ.

When it came campervan hire in NZ we had a bit of a plan already — on our last road trip we spotted these premium looking motorhomes around the campsites and knew that we wanted to check one out the next time we picked up a rental! Beyond glad that we did, it's incredibly comfortable, handles well, has lots of space and plenty of technology as well. Our road trip begins from Nelson, making our way out to Marlborough, parking up for a bit as we explore into the Marlborough Sounds and then cruise down the east coast of the South Island, New Zealand.
