After a super long bus ride, we finally make it to Animal Kingdom at Disney World! The great thing about arriving late in the day is that there are no crowds getting in! Actually, these are the lowest crowds we have ever seen at Disney before. Part is due to it being January... but a lot is due to the pandemic...

We grab a yummy lunch at Flame Tree Barbeque which is our goto spot as it is a meateaters dream! Then we head to Asia for Expedition Everest... our favorite roller coaster at WDW!! And the line is HUGE... It extends all the way out to Dinoland!!! I have never seen a line this long before. But why is it so long? Social distancing... There is a marker every 6 feet to keep people apart. So that extremely long line only took 14 minutes!!! So of course, we had to ride multiple times with that short of a wait!

Then over to Africa for a break at Dawa Bar for a refreshing Golden Monkey for Jason and Angry Orchard for Alisa... and on to the safari! The great thing about visiting Disney World in January is that it is cool outside and the animals are very active! We have the best experience on Kilimanjaro Safari when it is cool.

We shut down the park and head back to Fort Wilderness Campground where we go on a search for beer for the game. The Saints are in the playoffs and we have burgers and snacks so just need the beverages. We are not going to talk about the outcome of this game though...
