So y'all... my dad turned 80 THIS YEAR! So my siblings and I all decided we wanted to SURPRISE him and my mom on their trip to HAWAII Not only surprise them, but we followed them around in disguise for a few days! Will the see us? Watch to see!

Shaun and I were the earliest to book out of my siblings, while the rest opted to come a few days later. That put us in a pickle! We rented in the same resort, meaning we had to hunker down and stay hidden until my siblings arrived!

My dad isn't super observant in public, so I knew he would not recognize us but my mom most likely would. So I thought it would be fun to go INCOGNITO and follow them around a few times just for the thrill of it! Have any of y’all ever stalked your parents before or surprised them in a prank or birthday party? COMMENT BELOW... I want to hear the stories!

Big shout out to my niece, who helped connect my dad to me on "Find My Friends" before they left. That way the second we landed, we were able to start scouting and see where they were. Even CRAZIER, our rooms were only 4 DOORS DOWN from each other (in a 200 room resort) so Shaun and I had to sneak around to get inside with our food and bags, etc! Haha I mean TALK ABOUT ANXIETY!

On Day 2, we wanted to grab a smoothie bowl, and saw they were already at the location, so we put on our disguises and started tracking and recording them around the shop. We were literally 2 FEET AWAY from my mom at one point, and she didn’t even notice! It was stressful and my heart was racing, but hilarious at the same time! It was so funny to mess around for a few days secretly recording them, and then surprise my dad with all of my siblings when they got to Hawaii! It was a really cute and special moment for all of us. ❤

The photo taking ploy to suprise my dad was THE BEST! He literally had no idea for a long time, though my mom caught on fast!

Special thanks to my broinlaw Derek, whose idea it was to plan this trip, and to my siblings and their spouses for all keeping the secret and making the sacrifices needed to really make this 80th birthday for my dad the BEST! He was super touched, and still can't believe it he had us all together in Hawaii! The next few days were super special!

We all had so much fun celebrating my dad for his birthday, plus his reaction of confusion and shock cracks me up every time I rewatch the clip! For sure a birthday for him to remember!
