After I made the smoked watermelon I knew that I wanted to try it again, this time I made the watermelon steak recipe a lot quicker and turned it into a Watermelon Steak Katsu Sandwich... AKA the Wagyumelon Sando!
I got this idea after seeing a video featuring Ducks eatery.. again... selling a watermelon steak katsu sando and knew I had to do it!
