Whipping up a watermelon sorbet from scratch? It's such a cool and tasty treat that'll leave you feeling super satisfied! Give it a try! RECIPE @khalidelmahi

INGREDIENTS:
500g of watermelon
100g of glucose
50ml of water
50g of sugar
β€’ For the wafer:
60g of softened butter
60g of egg whites
60g of sugar
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
40g of flour
20g of cornstarch
1 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder

INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut the watermelon into small cubes and freeze them.
Mix the glucose, water, and sugar, then blend it with the frozen watermelon cubes to make a smooth mixture.
Prepare the wafer by mixing the first four ingredients together. Add the flour and cocoa, sifted, and cook the mixture in a pan for 2 minutes on each side until it becomes a thin, crispy wafer.
Shape the wafer into a cone to serve as the ice cream holder.
Assemble your watermelon sorbet by scooping the frozen watermelon mixture into the wafer cone.
