It was a pretty dull and Windy day , I really had no plan for todays video. As usual I went to the plot to see what the priorities were and decided to make a video that showed what needed to be done that day. During the video it occurred to me that anyone thinking of having an allotment might benefit from understanding the less glamorous side of things. There is no doubt that having a productive garden or allotment is a wonderful thing as long as you expect a pinch of reality and by that I mean the hard graft that sometimes is required , well actually is often required. Its a balance as there are such real highs and fantastic moments not to mention there great produce we get to eat. I guess the message is watch this before you have an allotment.
