Attorneys for former president Donald Trump are in Fulton County court to argue that Georgia's election interference case against him should be dismissed on First Amendment grounds.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee will also hear pretrial motions from former Georgia Republican Party chair David Shafer.
