Washington Today (5-7-24): President Biden warns of 'ferocious surge of antisemitism' in U.S.

President Joe Biden speaks at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum’s Days of Remembrance ceremony in the U.S. Capitol, condemning what he called a “ferocious surge of antisemitism” in the United States following Hamas' attack last October 7th that killed 1,200 Israelis.

Education Secretary Miguel Cardona speaks out against antisemitism on some U.S. college campuses and is questioned about his department's investigations of these under civil rights law. He testified before the House Education & the Workforce Committee.
