මෙවර අපේ සංචාරය වස්ගමුව ජාතික වනෝද්‍යානය. ලංකාවේ තියෙන ජාතික වනෝද්‍යාන එක්ක ගත්තාම වස්ගමුවටත් හිමිවන්නේ ඇත්තටම සුවිශේසි තැනක් . නමුත් මට හිතෙන හැටියටනම් වස්ගමුවට සංචාරකයින් ටිකක් යනවා අඩුයි වගේ. කොහොම වුනත් ලංකාවේ ඉන්න අලි බලන්න පුලුවන් තවත් ලස්සන වනෝද්‍යානයක් තමයි මේ වස්ගමුව කියන්නේ.

මේ දිනවල ඊසාන දිග මෝසම් වර්ෂාව නිසා වස්ගමුවේ පාරවල් නම් ටිකක් ඇත්තටම මඩ වෙලා තියෙන්නේ . ඒ කත් ඉතින් වෙනම අත්දැකිමක් තමයි මේ ගමනෙදි. අපි රාත්‍රිය නවාතැන් ගන්න තෝර ගත්තෙත් වස්ගමුව වනෝදයානයේ මහවැලි ගග ආසන්නයේ පිහිටලා තියෙන වවුල්ඇබේ කියන සංචාරක නිවහනයි . තවත් සංචාරක බංගලා දෙකක් මේ වනෝද්‍යානය තුල පිහිටලා තියෙනවා .'
