If you have not watched this video pay close attention to what transpires. I’ll list the facts first and then what logically follows from them.
1. The customer purchases 7 items which are place in 4 different bags, the wine separate.
2. Cashier does not check and ensure that all items are cleared from spinner which is actually a policy.
3. Customer returns home shreds receipt before noting an item is missing
4. Customer calls Walmart and first speaks with the frumpy old maid with the blonde wig, she puts him on hold only to have 2 more Mensa members pick up and ask him for 2nd and 3rd time to explain why he is calling, at this customer returns to store. What follows is cast of characters who either cannot speak proper English or are terribly confused as they told customer over phone NO WINE was left behind!! Only to be forced to retract that when they do find a notation that the left behind item was in FACT accounted for.

The windup is the customer got cheated out of a $10 bottle of wine by a 100 billion dollar company even though Walmart employee admits the item was left behind???
An interesting observation about Walmart policy, when an item is left behind they DO NOT store that item for the customer in the event they return but put it back on the shelf and resell it: something that DOES NOT belong to them. It was paid for by a customer and no longer is their property. They do not even consider donating it to a charity they horde it to RE$LLThat brings up another issue they charge sales tax on alcohol once but then sell it a 2nd time (when it actually does not belong to them) question does walmart remit the money they collect the 2nd time? Maybe this a question for state tax collectors. Watch the frumpy maid head cashier as she SHRUGS at being told by the other people they are being filmed like it’s not big deal but when SHE is in camera view it becomes a major issue .. maybe she was afraid her wig would be detected LOL
