If your rear axle is making a clunking noise while driving over bumps in the road, then your rear bushings might need replaced. In this video, I show how to remove the rear axle and then I remove and replace the rear bushings. Mine were the original bushings and were pretty badly rusted. I chose to replace them with the Seat Leon Cupra R style bushings which I highly recommend! Handling is dramatically improved and I'm very happy that I chose these bushings.
