@Baileys CHOCOLATE COCKTAIL:

50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
25ml White Rum
140ml coldhot chocolate
Shortbread Cookie
Chocolate sauce
Edible glitter or gold leaf
Ice Cubes

HOW TO MAKE
On a plate, crumble your shortbread cookie to a fine crumb, and on another small plate, pour a thin layer of chocolate sauce.
1. Hold your glass on its side and whilst turning the glass, swirl the chocolate sauce on the inside in circular motions.
2. Dip the rim of your glass in the chocolate sauce then dip into the shortbread crumbs.
3. Pour your Baileys Original Irish Cream, the cold hot chocolate and rum into a cocktail shaker, adding the ice cubes last.
4. Put the top on your cocktail shaker and shake, shake, shake for two minutes. Then strain into your glass.
5. Enjoy!
