I was trying to play a game on my phone and Cody the umbrella cockatoo decided it was time for me to pay attention to her. I have learned over the years, the hard way, that if I do not give her the immediate attention she desires I will end up bleeding at some point in the near future.

We have been caring for Cody for about 20 years now. She was adopted when she was nine years old. She is the queen of the house, rules the roost and gets whatever she wants whenever she wants it. Except treats which she thinks the humans are too stingy with.
