Meet Gladys ✨

Our vintage girl

She’s a classic beauty with a ton of character. Lovingly named after my Grandma

My dad would pack us up then drive to a tiny Mobile Park in North Long Beach that my grandma lived in when we were young. She would teach us gospel songs and make us strawberry milk, all while telling jokes that she would finish with a big ol belly laugh

As we got older, my grandma lived with us. She would sit out on our porch smoking a cigarette and drinking her coffee at all hours of the day and night. She would tell us silly stories and drive us around in a giant boat of a car . Grandma was like no other She instilled that love of crafting, cooking, and creating in us ✨ she had very little but she gave us so much. I laugh just thinking of the inappropriate jokes she’d tell followed by laughter that brought her belly to bounce until she started coughing.

I know she’d be proud of this little trailer named after her. She’d probably help me paint it and finish up the little details

I’ve been saying that I wanted to go Mobile ✨ so here she is!!
