☆ Vegetable / Chinese lettuce , Carrots, Asian Mushroom , Onion

☆ Use Chinese lettuce for best flavour.
You can also cook with other vegetables/ Cabbage, Leek, Aubergine, Beansprouts, Spinach, Daikon Radish, Potatoes....
Spinach will wilt very quickly so Add the Spinach near the end of the cooking time.
It’s a simple and delicious miso soup without “Dashi”.
You can get a nice flavour from vegetables, not needing to use “Dashi”.
A tip to make the delicious Miso Soup without Dashi is to cook with a small amount of water first, then adding more water later.
It makes the soup sweeter and flavoursome.
