INGREDIENTS
For the Brownies:
240 grams allpurpose flour
3 grams baking powder
5 grams fine sea salt
240 grams boiling water
90 grams finely chopped unsweetened chocolate (100% cocoa)
60 grams unsweetened alkalized cocoa powder (Dutchprocessed)
3 grams instant coffee or espresso powder
500 grams organic or caster sugar
120 grams vegetable oil
15 grams pure vanilla extract
90 grams semisweet chocolate chips
90 grams lightly toasted and coarsely chopped walnuts
For the Topping:
90 grams semisweet chocolate chips
90 grams lightly toasted and coarsely chopped walnuts
