Two years on and owners at Sydney's Mascot Towers are still in limbo after evacuating unliveable and unsafe apartments because of structural damage.

Jamie Lam, one of the owners, says "There was no warning, we knew that there was problems a couple of weeks before and they were trying to rectify that and all of a sudden we got the phone call in the middle of the night saying that the building's being evacuated"
