V2 of 2 Throat Opening Exercises for Swallowing Singing and Snoring- Dysphagia Support

Follow
Adam Fields DC

Support your body’s ability to swallow and sing with exercise:
Better tongue posture with massage & strengthening exercises.
Improve your swallow with throat exercises.
Decrease adhesions going to your larynx (voicebox)
Improve hyoid bone tracking.
Infrahyoid and suprahyoid muscle stretching and toning.

When doing these videos, gauge your ability to swallow, see if you are choking less on your food and listen to the sound of your voice. If there is any pain, discomfort or worsening of your symptoms, stop immediately. These are meant, when it is possible, to be done while under the care of a chiropractor, dentist, speech therapist or myofunctional therapist that is well versed in your challenge.

*These videos and my comments are not meant to diagnose your problem. No promises are made for your success just a way to address your throat, jaw, tongue, hyoid, muscles and not a treatment for your condition.
