One of the last regular bosses in the game is Voltatia the Power Master. Unlocking the Power Core recipe unlocks a lot of endgame content, so it's really important to defeat them.

One of the most helpful strategies is mastering the art of properly using Veil of Blood. It's very hard to dodge their laser beam, so knowing how to heal yourself up is very important. That said, you can also go fullaggro like I show in the 2nd fight. Whether you want to cheat a bit and walk down the stairs, that's up to you.
