Using Rembrandt Lighting to Create During Quarantine

Follow
Jesse Rinka Photography

During these times of quarantine, MagMod has started a weekly photo challenge to encourage everyone to stay active and busy. This week's challenge was to create a selfportrait using Rembrandt Lighting. In this video, I walk through three different looks all using a Rembrandt light setup. As someone who is putting a lot more effort recently into creating content like this, I have 100% earned an enormous amount of respect for those who are pumping out amazing content each week. Putting these videos together can be exhausting....but nevertheless, I am enjoying the experience and will certainly push more and more to up the quality and production value of each video I create....in the meantime, please bare with me.

So despite the issues that I ran into with audio or the sporadic focus hunting while filming (my wife is not a professional cinematographer so we gotta cut her some slack!), I still hope you will be able to learn something from these videos.

If you have any questions or if you have any suggestions on future videos, please feel free to leave a comment for me down below. And if you are interested in joining the MagMod Community over on Facebook, here is the link to do so:   / magnetmod
