This is a behindthescenes breakdown of my current process for making videos (as of 2024).

In this video I'll show all the steps I take as I make these videos, the equipment I use, and some of the custom AI and automation tooling I've created to help make the process go faster (originally it was 12 months, now it's down to about 7 days).

I use a lot of automation (with Python and AI tools) to do a lot of the timeconsuming work, such slide generation, editing, translation, and generating video metadata.
