First project in the bedroom is to insulate the outer wall of the house with insulated plasterboard attached with instastik foam. There are a lot of differing opinions on the best way to go about this project, with adhesive foam being a newer option that I thought I'd try out in this video, with what I think was great success and certainly quicker, easier and less mess than dot and dab plasterboard adhesive.
