Jungheinrich used forklift truck refurbishment is based on the flexible production line principle, and is divided into electric and IC engine trucks. Incoming trucks undergo a check and are then dismantled into their individual parts. They are repaired and any safetycritical parts replaced.

The forklift truck is then rebuilt with original Jungheinrich spare parts and finally painted to automotive standard. Even an expert finds it hard to tell the difference between a new truck and one that has been refurbished in the Jungheinrich used trucks plant.
