In this week’s Deep Houseboat Life video, we FINALLY get to share some exciting news! We’ve been dreaming of an easier way to do off grid excursions with our houseboat on Lake Lanier for several houseboating seasons now. And we’re excited to share that we’re upgrading our houseboat’s off grid system to lithium ion batteries from Battle Born!

We’ll share everything from why we’re going with lithium ion batteries instead of lead acid batteries for our Lake Lanier houseboat, to why we specifically chose to become part of the Battle Born family. We’ll also talk a bit more about how we plan to execute this project…with more to come in our next video where we actually install our lithium ion batteries. This is the first video in our inverter system upgrade series!
