PPE Transmission Pan for Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator
If your Jeep sees hard use, your transmission will see high loading and create more heat. Enter PPE... They address these problems with thick, highstrength cast aluminum, which optimizes cooling of the transmission fluid faster than steel and the cast outer fins increase surface area for even greater cooling effects. The PPE pan also allows an additional 1.5quart capacity to be added, which increases thermal stability and helps promote longer service life.

The stock, stamped steel pan that comes with your Jeep is poor at heat dissipation and that high heat can break down your trans fluid and scorch your transmission clutches, shortening the service life of your transmission. Why stay stock when you can go PPE!

Other features: ⅛” NPT temperature probe port, so you can add a trans temp gauge, a billet stainless steel drain plug with a powerful neodymium magnet to catch any metallic debris. The drain plug is something the OE pan is missing and being able to easily change the trans fluid is a big plus in our book. They also feature a replaceable filter.

We also upgraded our transmission fluid with Red Line D6ATF highperformance, full synthetic transmission fluid. Red Line has a wider range of full synthetic ATF than any other in the industry and in that range is the D6ATF, specifically formulated for the 850RE auto transmissions used in the Wrangler JL and Gladiator JTs.
