Roasting a whole lamb in 3 hours in Ankara, Turkey Today is gonna be unreal!! We are going to witness the roasting of a whole lamb in 3 hours outside of Ankara, the capital of Turkey.

To start our street food tour, we went to one of the most iconic restaurants in the city to have a lamb feast. We've had the famous Ankara tava with an amazing slow cooked lamb and spiced fluffy rice.

After that, we went for a walk around the market and had Kokoreç, lamb intestine wrapped up, stuffed with fat and cooked for roughly 3 hours.
