My new obsession is painting feathers of all shapes, patterns and colours. There is so much to cover so today we have an introduction to the basic techniques to loose watercolour feather painting and the next episode (coming this Thursday) is going to look at painting some real feathers that can be found on the birds we see every day in the UK.
