UnitedHealth CEO Andrew Witty testified before the House Finance Committee Wednesday about February's cyberattack that shut down hospital and pharmacy operations for more than a week. UnitedHealth said a Russian ransomware gang stole data from Change Healthcare, the system used to process health insurance claims. The company ultimately paid a ransom.
