By not replacing the unnecessary parts of the ball joints we essentially saved the client $6,000$8000 in parts and labor. I think most shops if the clients came in with the parts and the clients asking to replace them they would just do it no questions asked. But with only 90k miles on the 2004 model Wanderlodge i really wanted to confirm the issue. Steering has been bad since he bought it 3 years and 20,000 miles ago. Previous owners he said acted like that steering was normal. Apparently there was an alignment done after he hit an armadillo before he bought the bus
