Great for small wrist. I have a 6 1/2 inch wrist and it fits nicely. Dial color is a bit to dark but easy to read. Not a divers bezel but a bidirectional friction one (not a fan of this). Lume is great, screw down crown but is unsigned (come on seiko could you at least give us a signed one next time) and sapphire crystal, an upgrade from previous seikos but yeah your paying more for this land turtle. All in all great value for the price.
