When I bought this old unbelievably rusty knife I thought it was cheap and bad made, but when I filed down the rust I saw markings on the blade and the blade itself is made from hard steel. That made this restoration even more pleasurable. Sometimes items what I restore are in terrible condition and it is not possible to make them look as new. This knife restoration demonstrate that, The blade was in terrible condition and further sanding or grinding would ruined the blade and the knife itself...
