So it's not the usual music you'll hear on Chris' infamous Lifted Music Show. But none the less, this is a history lesson of a different genre of Dance Music.

"I couldn't find any decent mixes of this era of Garage. Only the ultra cheesy commercial pop music that was about around the millennium. The tracks in this mix were the basis for that explosion of Craig David, So Solid, Artful Dodger etc. This is part of my history in dance music, that I will treasure forever it's dedicated to those that were there at the time, yet I hope some people just getting into dance music and hearing these tracks for the first time can understand and appreciate the feel good emotion it brings, and reasoning why."
