U.S. Coast Guard Air Station North Bend OR Rescue - Injured Land Surveyor Port Orford OR. 05/31
On 05/31/2023 at approx. 1030 PST LT Dylan Ferrell, LT Matt Hanks, AST3 Jeff Sober and myself were dispatched to the report of an injured land surveyor inland of Port Orford, OR. We conducted three hoists from altitudes of almost 250 feet. The collaborative team work between our crew made for successful outcome/rescue.
