Emergency crews responded to a reported crash.
It was reported a Honda Crossover was traveling southbound on the North Freeway main lanes, lost control, hit the center median and flipped several times.
Two children were ejected out of the vehicle and one adult.
All three were transported by ambulance.
A 1 year old child was pronounced deceased at the hospital.
A 3 year old is in critical condition and one adult is also in critical condition.
Two other children were transported by ambulance with minor injuries.
In total there was three adults and four children in the vehicle.
Non of the children were wearing restraints. A car seat was located in the trunk of the vehicle.
The driver has been detained for the investigation. At this time it's to early to tell if there will be any charges.
Investigation is on going.
