Arc spray machine sends two spraying zinc metalizing wires to the 2 electric mouths of metalizing gun, & the near tip of arc spray equipments link to the high electric current & low volt. 2 electrodes. When the two zinc wires or aluminum wire contact with each other, there will be a short circuit which can produce an arc, and the zinc or aluminum wire would be melted by the 4900℃ heat which is produced by the arc. Then the melted aluminium or zinc wire would be pulverized to milli particles by high speed compressor air. These small particles then are sprayed on the surface of substrate by the compressor air with a high speed (above 399m/s) to make a zinc or aluminum coating.
