This Video will walk through the basics of the Chiquita Auto Welder by Turbo Heat Welding Tools while we were installing Nora Systems by Interface Rubber Sheet Goods. The Chiquita is equipped with the Turbo Universal Nozzle and it leaves an AMAZINGLY consistent weld with great wash.

We also talk about the Turbo Splicer also made by Turbo Heat Welding Tools. It comes with the Chiquita and its a nice quick and easy way to get your seam ready for welding back the other way after you have to stop.

We go over why it's important to do 2 passes when skiving as to not put too much stress on the weld and have it pull up and create a weak weld. Then we go over using a soap and water solution on the final pass so the Mozart (or half moon knife, whichever you prefer) glides smoothly over the material.
