4 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp annatto seeds or powder
2 thumb size ginger
1 large onion
6 cloves garlic
2 tbsp fish sauce ( add according to your taste)
3 tbsp liver spread
350400 ml coconut cream
1 tsp seasoning granules (or 1 chicken cube or 1 tsp salt)
long chilies and labuyo
salt and pepper to taste
