Join me for a trout spey outing in the Snowy Mountains in southeastern Australia where I try to show you in depth some of the fishing aspects of trout spey. Although it has been popular overseas for a while, trout spey is an emerging technique in Australian waters and there is still much to be figured out about how best to apply it to our local rivers. Almost all of the information that I've been able to find online about trout spey revolves around casting techniques, so I wanted to do a video focussing instead on the fishing aspects of it and how to approach the river.
