All three seals were rescued from fishingrelated entanglements. To no surprise, the gill net turns out to be a severe one. Ghost fishing gear makes up most of the entanglements we find on fur seals. We can’t stress this enough. Fishing activities are destructive and fully participate in the crisis our oceans are now facing. Today is a good day to STOP eating fish.
