Hey Food Box HQ Family! Today we're unboxing and reviewing Trifecta Nutrition's meals. Trifecta is a premade meal delivery service that focuses on sciencebased nutrition to help you achieve your fitness goals. Recently, they've launched an exclusive app that guides you on your fitness and/or weight loss journey and connects you to others working towards similar goals.

In this video, I'll be showing you what came in my Trifecta box and giving you a run down of how the service works.

Trifecta offers two types of meal plans: Convenience and Control. The Convenience plan includes a chefselected menu of macronutrient balanced meals with 6 options to choose from, including the Clean plan, Keto, Paleo, Whole30, Vegan, and Vegetarian plans. The Control plan allows you to select exactly what you'd like, giving you the flexibility to customize your own meal plan.

On either plan, you can exclude specific ingredients from your meals. For example: shellfish, turkey, mushrooms, and more.

All of Trifecta's meals are based on nutritional balance and are handprepared by chefs using seasonal vegetables and sustainable ingredients, ensuring that the menu changes regularly to keep things exciting. Once you sign up, you'll also get access to their TrifectaME program, which includes an app to track your food intake, workouts, and progress photos, as well as exclusive workout videos, training plans, and access to coaching from nutritionists.

We've reviewed Trifecta multiple times over the years and have found them to be one of the most comprehensive fitness/performance meal delivery services out there. They have a wide range of meal plans and meals to choose from, and they are one of the only meal delivery services that truly sticks to the macros of each diet. For example, their keto meals have less than 10g of carbs, high protein, and high fat. Many other meal plans that claim to have low carb or keto meals really don't, they often have 30g carbs per meal.

Another great thing about Trifecta is the level of customization they offer. For example, if you're looking to bulk up, you can add a 4th meal to your plan, and there are many other addons available as well.

Lastly, and most importantly, the meals have been delicious. They know how to pack a lot of flavor into these meals while keeping carbs, sodium, sugar, and calories low. The meals are not massive but they are filling.

The main drawback of Trifecta is the cost. They're not cheap, with meals ranging from $12 to $15 per meal, depending on the plan you choose.

In summary, Trifecta is a great option for those looking for an easy way to stay on track towards their fitness goals. I particularly appreciate the new app and the sense of community it brings, as well as the level of customization available. They've also made a conscious effort to improve their sustainability efforts, which is a huge plus in my eyes. And most importantly, the food was delicious!
