City of McAllen officials along with Tres Lagos developer Mike Rhodes and his family broke ground today on their 2,571acre master planned community.

Located in northern McAllen, Texas, Tres Lagos will develop 5,000 Single Family Homes, 1,000 Townhomes, 2,000 Multifamily apartments. In addition to the new home construction, Tres Lagos will also feature a multi milliondollar community center featuring swimming and fitness facilities, sports courts, soccer fields and over 100 acres of lakes to enjoy paddleboats, swimming and fishing.



“This is going to be a community that McAllen and South Texas have long deserved, and desired;” Mike Rhodes stated.
