In this video I take a high carbon steel railroad spike and forge it into a beautiful and functional pair of scissors! Making scissors is something Ive always wanted to try and do and im so happy with how they came out. I got them to about 5152 Rockwell C which was pretty good for this type of steel. The induction forge worked great on this project, see some links below on where to get one of your own!
