Today we travel with the extraordinary InterCity 1174 and the BR 101 from Halle (Saale) to Berlin Hbf Tief. This train only runs on selected weekends or public holidays and is therefore a real special feature. On the way we pass, many other places, Bitterfeld and the Lutherstadt Wittenberg.

Unfortunately, the InterCity leaves Halle station with an existing delay, but this was significantly reduced by the time we got to Berlin. So that passengers reach the federal capital before the storm.
