Train vs trailer: you guys already know the winner! I made this video longer than usual since it was such a delicate and technical job. Yes, the trailer was cut in half by the train, but that doesn't mean I'm going to further cause more damage. That is why I went with the rare dual spreader bar setup on the first part of the trailer. Using two spreader bars with my custom 2' wide straps allowed me to safely cradle the broken trailer even with it still loaded.

Once in the air, Joe was able to back up the Landoll so I can set the trailer right on top. Ideally, we would have removed the landing gear, but it was not possible as bolts were covered due to the damage. Cutting it was an option, but I felt safe in transporting it this way since my shop was only a few miles down the street.

The clean up of all the induvial pieces of cardboard was by far the hardest part and took my crew several hours until it was 100% cleaned up and repalletized. For the back part of the broken trailer, I was able to swing it around to put it on Hulk's underlift and cage the brakes to allow me to rear tow it. Very difficult job made easy with the right equipment and game plan.
