Interstate 64 is back open after a crash eastbound near the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel. This comes after a tractortrailer fire caused major backups for drivers, shutting down all lanes of the highway. The US Postal Inspection Service (USPIS) said the vehicle was a contractor that was transporting mail. Stephanie Johnson spoke to drivers and has more about the accident.
